Ok, let me go at this another angle so you see where I'm coming from.

Discussing financing, and even if it turns out to be dilution, is fine, as long as its constructive and not biased.

My problem is this: these newly registered people (trolls) that just come in here and shout, "blah blah company sucks its gonna dilute" or "dilution is inevitable sell sell sell".

Do you understand that I don't want full censorship in all aspects, but rather a more constructive approach?
