No matter how I look at it, I don't see the USOG moving up to where it should be. In fact, this stock should be at the bottom long ago. Because some investors still buying on its way down, the MM's will keep investors in the game as long as they can until those investors realize that they been had. How long the pps stays up depends on how many investors still showing some interest. If there is not enough buys, then they will bring the price down and down and down and down.
