What are you talking about? you're conflicting yourself. If this company is a scam, then they will be definitely delisted from pink sheet and won't even show up in grey list. If there are proof that this company is a scam, they will go to jail and the company will be vanished and our money will be burnt. Thus they won't be on grey list. If they can proof everything is correct, I don't see why not it will reappear on pink sheet. SEC just don't put the company with satisfied proof about their status on grey list. TOTALLY CONFLICT. If scam --> delisted --> behind the bar. No grey list. If legit --> relisted --> reappear on PINK.
