I think it was samnotsamual that was trying to drum up interest on a class action.

cyofish, I have an O/t for you regarding mergers into shell. Lets take the case of the bad shell Dial bought for CTBG. As it turned out the shell was so dirty their books couldn't be audited. My question is how long would CTBG have to wait until they could have an audit done that didn't include the bad shells books?

I'm using CTBG as an example. I know of another company that is having a similar problem. However there is a difference. In the case I'm interested in Company A is an existing pink. Company B was privately held and joined with A so they could be traded publicly.

B is an Company with a 10 year record and about 40 employees. In December the CEO of B acquired all the assets of A and applied for a different trading symbol that is descriptive of their business. In April the symbol was approved.

Now comes he audit part. A person that I think is a pro basher, found out that the owner of A is a long term scam artist. To cover his tracks, he legally changed his name a few years ado and made his wife CEO of A. Now we find that A is not cooperating in providing info to B for the audit. I suspect A never kept books that were capable of being audited.

I will appreciate your thoughts when B can do an audit that doesn't contain A's information.

TIA
