I have read that paragraph several times also. I am not positive of its meaning but have a few thoughts to share on the subject. GTEL is at the crossroads where they have to do something different than what they currently do for investing/funding. I will be posting some thoughts and figures probably tomorrow that relate to this...thanks...rock
