Due to the very nature of being the first commercial client BioCentric has consented to a Partnership Agreement to provide the solution from innoculant to cashing the check from the buyer of the Omega 3 with EPA.
They're in it with BEHL. I imagine that they're funding the start-up at cost (parts, labor, etc) and then splitting the profit. This limits the client risk, but still gets BEHL what they need - guaranteed funding.
Having one farm will allow BEHL to sell the others at retail without having to partner if they don't want to.
My opinion.
