So what your saying is the company that gave Behl the
money to build them a PBR will be SOL if the thing does
not work? They are risking their money on an iffy basis.
I sure would like to see that in wrighting. Or maybe this
company and Behl just shook hands on the deal. DF is such
a trustworty guy, yeah I can see that. LOL
