It doesn't appear as they're moving too fast though. lol They claimed emergence on the market in early 2010 and now they're admitting that they're just now ready to produce the product samples? At least they're trying to give the impression of transparency.

At least those 2 billion shares went to good use... perhaps the secret Chinese people had budget issues.
