So you say...We may get news Monday but nothing will be done for shareholders that day so I am 100% positive there is time to be a share holder of record...Also

1...BVIG can't even provide all the shares yet so there needs to be time for them to make that happen.

2...The shares are restricted to KATX for a period of time so there is no telling what there value will be. Certain no tell how much they would be worth to the individual investor...If he distributes those shares it will be a disaster...JMHO

3...Best we can hope for from KS is a PR waiting in the morning on Monday...He he has it written and ready to go...

P.S. For all those who state that KATX owns BVIG can you produce one document that says that? TIA
