IMO, JMW needs to appoint an examiner and get this thing moving to an end game. Since day one, Rosenpuke and friends have been trying to get this thing over with before the incriminating evidence comes to light. Evidence we all know exists. They know they're guilty as hell so I highly doubt they'll turn over all of the documents that show their guilt. They'll keep doing what they have been doing...i.e. trying to get that POS POR approved and such in order to avoid being scrutinized. I'm not well versed in this area but what's to stop them from shredding documents? It may be against the law but people in positions of vast power get away with "murder" all the time. Please don't take this post the wrong way. I've been in this stock since 09/08 and I'm here to the very end hoping and praying that justice will be served. These scumbags just make me nervous b/c too many times the rich and powerful seem to skirt the law. But with that being said, I still won't sell a single share...maybe I just need a valium:)
