I think the FDA was a part of it, but not all of it. Plenty of other places in the world where the procedure was/is approved. I blame it completely on the lack of transparency of financials, and the way that the people in Korea screwed the people in Canada. It's not dead..but it's pretty invisible, and I don't think I'll every see my $ again.
