BUT

you were the one accusing PSC of possibly going to jail.

Promotions if done correctly with the correct disclaimers are perfectly legal. You may want to read over SEC documents for this to educate yourself.

I do not like it anymore than you but it is legal. Probably half the posters on this message board are paid promoters.

If you do not get your ducks in a row you are right..you can put yourself at risk for liability but it is even difficult to prosecute.
