I now own 61,889 with my last purchase @ 0.2728.. I lowered my bid after the private placement because I think it will become a several year hold but I will buy close to the Private Placement price.. The buyers have been with SGLA for a long time as the press release stated.. As to is it real.. I vote yes.. hank
