Not that this really clarifies the issue but here is an email response from Mark from a couple of weeks ago.

Yes, MIKP will receive 1.5 billion shares and these will be used toward further development and also for dividends to MIKP with ADCS shares in the near future..... As well, on the books--- ADCS is truly a wholly owned subsidiary of MIKP, so ultimately, everything inside of ADCS, including the value of the shell itself, reflects on MIKP and its assets...I hope that makes sense?
