Disagree 'exceo'. These days, explosives (even minor tactical nukes) have a far smaller "kill zone" than you might imagine. Would you believe me if I told you that an ultra-clean, very modest yield TN could likely do the job in an area smaller than your back yard? If you would - good - as it's true. Time is so very critical that I feel(IMHO) NOTHING is totally off the table.
