DALLAS, June 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EVFN) (the "Company") today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has determined that it will not authorize any reverse split of the Company's common stock within the next 120 to 180 days. Further, at this time, the Company has made no plans to effectuate a reverse split after that time period.
