Going by the history of this company, this will never happen. Do not get your "hopes" too high on this. When was the last time this company showed us something promising in a PR and it actually materialized? Answer: None, other than the useless dividends given to us.

They are now trying to make the dividends appear to be "useful", and this will entice people to buy into the EVFN stock. But if you go back the track records, you will realize its the same old tactic the company has used repeatedly in its past PRs - announce something promising that deceives people and boost the buying volume of its stock.
