The important word is actually "hopes"

This company is AGAIN playing around with words. By using "hope", it does not need to get this registration completed at all. This is not a real company. Which serious company will keep publishng press releases about their hopes, plans and intentions while in reality, nothing is achieved?

This company should really just tell us WHAT HAS INDEED been done, instead of giving vague PRs or mislead/fake PRs of executing leases, only to default on the leases subsequently.
