Is it Xstrata in Australia producing 7% of world demand right now?

Aren't the Russians trying to corner the vanadium market as well as others? Or at least they have been over the last 15 years. I wonder what role that will play and how this all finally shakes out for Energizer. I hope its all good.

Having a good day probably due to the article and the upcoming Munich solar show. Marketing has to keep the pressure on now.
