Read the May 26 testimony from Bill Gabler & Mel Liston. Again, I agree this isn't exactly "unbiased" testimonly but these people do have experience in the field and the State will be compelled to investigate further (IMHO). There are other people that share concerns about the size of the plant being inappropriate.
