there was negative dilution followed by a smaller positive dilution. Z is looking overall and you are stating differential to the offering itself.

By another definition, the offering was not dilutionary since the added cash was higher than the value of the equity sold on the closing day. I however, cannot accept that as helpful since I can only be happy if the price returns to a point where it was dillutive.
