Why has there been no objection from Mr. Susman. Because every thing he did submit is designed for an appeal. Using the judges’ own words and decisions, he crafted motions that would require the judge to either grant his motion or change her previous position.
Mr. Susmans’ appeal for an examiner is now basically bullet proof and the judge is cornered. Should the appeal still fail then it will move up to a higher court, causing up to a year’s delay in the proceedings. Mr. Susmans’ request for the rule 2004 investigation is basically bullet proof as well, using the judges’ own words once again he crafted a motion that if denied would be appealed causing further delay. Should either of these motions be approved then they will be final decisions and JPM/FDIC or WMI could and most likely would appeal causing further delay. All the while Susman is collecting ever so slowly information and documentation assembling the numbers from every available source. He will win on any appeal he files, please note he and is staff and partners have nearly all clerked for Supreme Court Justices at one time or another. In other words they know their stuff. The court knows they know their stuff, even Rosen knows he knows his stuff.
Susman did not even bother with a reply because of its futility and waste of estate resources. Should this POS POR be confirmed and put to a vote it is exactly where He wants it. it will become his greatest victory to date and one that will move his business to the very pinnacle of the business. Though he will be hated and a target of all the lawyers he will take down it will get him all of the honest business he can handle.

What will Susmans victory accomplish? Beyond taking out the very criminal element that has for so long worked feverishly to their own benefit and to the detriment of the country, he will accomplish the only thing that will restore this county to its once greatness, we will once again be a county of laws. We have always been a country that protects everyone on basically an equal standing, (not always, but basically) This is the reason for the countries success and continued existence. Hungry people revolt, Starving people are to weak, a country the has been great does not have starving people, it has hungry people. The governance of a great country can never lose its’ relevance or it gains hungry people.
In conclusion our government can never lose its’ relevance it must always maintain as it states at the end of the pledge, (With liberty and justice for all) should it ever lose this the government loses relevance and creates its’ own demise.
