If he would report production numbers and make change like OOAG did taking R/S off table and putting approval in hands of share holder proxy,,,, then he may get a rise like OOAG did going from .003 to .03 (1000%)( was at .05 before pullback).

As it stands everyone who even knows about this tiny coal play assumes R/S is coming and no buying gonna take place.
