We have to go up, bar some unforseen major stockholder liquidation, but then I'll buy them up, so it would just make us run again....I will look into the series D vote the shareholders have, but I also want to see what's on the table, and I feel we are close to closing something big..just my opinion..the main thing here is that management has a big stake in shareprice valuation, otherwise the dynamics work against their own personal investment.
