It doesn't take a webmaster to know that what I'm saying is indeed factual.

If your claim is that a website cannot be updated without the visible site being a mess then you are wrong and any webmaster will tell you just that- actually anyone who's ever built a site can tell you that.

But even nimrods can update sites so perhaps that's indeed what is going on. Hopefully they can spend a few of those 2 billion shares and get someone better to work on the site in the future.
