I am a little disappointed in Susman for filing so early in the day.

A 287 page document filed at 7:00PM would have gone under the radar so to speak.

But I guess if it means that ROSENPUKE has to work over the 3 day weekend so be it!


Plus this is hitting the judge as well, wonder if she will wave the WHITE FLAG for Susman to take over from ROSENCRAP.

Every motion filed means more work for the judge as well as the opps which makes me smile!!!!


About time the judge got slapped around for letting the circus run her court room for so long.
