Strike ... you mentioned that Susman approached Rosen at the last hearing. Did it seem cordial? At the first hearing Susman attended, someone from Ghost was there and said Susman approached Rosen almost immediately upon coming in and it was a very terse discussion.

Just makes me wonder if Susman does that to deliberately rattle Rosen!!

Please watch next Wednesday to see if Susman does the same thing.


BTW ... Susman was on the Enron case before Weil & Rosen was brought in. They worked together for the duration of that case so Susman knows his opponent's weaknesses.
