This is the quote from the streetweeper article from this Richard Leverton bozo who works for Hybridyne:
"But Leverton has raised questions about the company that AWSL actually acquired. He portrays Aim Energy (as opposed to Aim Global Energy) as a “solid, real, reliable actual technology company” that’s owned by the co-inventor of its technology – and that’s also “not for sale.” He says that AWSL instead purchased Aim Global Energy, a company “formed within the last month” in an effort to secure control of technology that’s jointly owned by Aim Energy and Hybridyne itself.
“Aside from that,” Leverton says, “Aim Global is a shell company composed of two guys who know nothing about the technology beyond the fact that they can hope to cash in on it by colluding with AWSL.”
Well I got news for you Richard Leverton, according to the company you describe as being reputable and solid (Aim Energy) Hybriyne is full of crap and did not have anything to do with inventing the CIT technology, let alone hold the exclusive rights to it...so nice try you duffass.....
This press release put out by Aim Energy and Aim Global energy and the true inventor of the technology (Les Mac) speaks volumes:
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Aim-Energy-Aim-Global-Energy-Declare-Exclusive-Ownership-Rights-to-CIT-Technology-1267782.htm
For those of you who don't know, AWSL is acquiring a 60% interest in aim global energy.....aim global energy has an exclusive licensing agreement with its sister company "aim energy" for the technology. This was engineered for the exclusive rights for the CIT to be partially held by AWSL. AWSL did not want to buy Aim Energy because its core business is in the design and production of UPS computer systems for data storage....a couple of things to remember is that Charles Mazzacatto (AWSL's VP) also comes from the data storage sector....he sold Remington properties their data storage systems....also, AWSL's new CEO, Pierre Cousin came from storage Tek, it used to be the largest data storage company in the world...he lead the 2.3 billion dollar company for 4 years until they sold out..is this starting to make sense to everyone yet ?...connect the dots here.

Aim Energy & Aim Global Energy Declare Exclusive Ownership Rights to CIT Technology
TORONTO--(Marketwire - May 27, 2010) - As a result of the claims and allegations publicly set forth from Hybridyne Power Systems Canada and Mr. Thomas Cleland on May 20 2010, Aim Energy and Aim Global Energy would like to take the opportunity to set the record straight regarding the development, ownership and marketing of its Converter/Inverter Technology (CIT).
Contrary to Mr. Cleland's public press release, to date, Aim Energy and/or Aim Global Energy nor any of its officers have been formally served with any statements of claim from Hybridyne Power Systems Canada and/or Mr. Thomas Cleland.
The allegations outlined in Hybridyne's press release against Mr. Dion Maynes and Aim Global Energy come as a surprise to the company and are without merit.
Furthermore, none of the Hybridyne Group of Companies have been performing any services on behalf of Aim Global Energy.
The management of Toronto, Canada based AIM Energy has provided power quality solutions for commercial, industrial, and municipal facilities since 1997, including over a decade in the Renewable Energy sector. The Company's forte in the industry is its ability to supply high performance inverter technology that is a critical component in achieving superior yields in Solar and Wind power systems.
Mr. Les Mac of Aim Energy is the sole inventor of this proprietary inverter technology which allows up to 30% higher output yields when used in conjunction with solar, and up to 60% higher yields when used with some wind turbines.
Upon completion of his invention, and in an effort to protect the rights of his technology, Les Mac submitted an application to patent this technology in 2006 and it is easily verifiable that Mr. Mac's name is the only name that appears on the patent application.
Therefore, The Intellectual Property for this proprietary technology remains in the name of Aim Energy.
At no time have any officers, managers or employees of Aim Energy or Aim Global Energy ever entered into any definitive exclusive agreements (formally or informally) with Mr. Thomas Cleland or any of his group of Hybridyne companies. Although an exclusive agreement was offered to Mr. Cleland he declined the terms of the offer, whereby electing to purchase the inverters under a non-exclusive agreement.
