The best part of the deal, is Franklin isn't responsible for doing anything.

They provide access to the license agreement, and hopefully get out of the way.

That leaves cuff link billy time to shop for new Foster Grants, work on his tan, and chase reporters so he can be quoted as being pleased to announce something.

That's infinitely more productive than waiting for him to do anything remotely related to mining LoL!

While I still wonder if this isn't just the latest misdirection play, these other guys might actually be able get something done, as long as they don't have to depend on billy for anything.
