I got an email from them earlier this week...Sunday I believe.

Didn't say much of anything...typical non-informative response and they duck the pressing questions. All I can advise on emailing them is to mention the fact that you expect a reply as per their website promises, and act intelligent when emailing...ie. refrain from being verbally abusive, whether you think they deserve it or not, and yes, I think all comments ARE deserved.
