Yes, Phunnibone, I agree. If the deal goes thru, Stagliano will have a lot of say; QEDN w/b relying on his expertise.

What I don't understand is QEDN is trying to cut deals with movie producers and guys who peddle water heaters (FYI - Sofame is only a co-assignee in all the 4 other patents they presently own; can't verify the pending application that is subject to the deal, however, as it hasn't been published yet, so I don't know what % they own of that.).

Makmann seems like a guy who attends the right parties, and/or he doesn't have clear direction of what he wants to do when he grows up. What I like about Makmann, despite all the questions about his sense of direction, is the guy doesn't give up. He gets knocked down, but picks himself up by his bootstraps and forges on. People like that eventually make something happen for themselves. We're all just hoping to profit from the star dust that follows.
