It seems you don't understand that dilution doesn't need to have many millions of shares traded per day. It is all relative to buying activity. Dilution happens when the company or, more accurately, to whoever the company sold discounted shares is offering new shares for sale on the public market. Dilution means the supply of shares for sale are new shares that add to the shares outstanding and the float.
This has clearly been happening with SSPT and is why the share price has been dropping.
