Why do you continuously post about dilution? Where's your proof?

Looking at the chart over the last two months, there was only one day where we can say dilution could've occurred and that was May 4th. Even on that day it's not 100% sure that there was dilution. There's just not enough volume here to support your claims. Where's your proof that the company is actively diluting?

You're incessant postings regarding unproven dilution on this stock is confusing. How can there be active and toxic dilution with such little volume?

On a different note, 99.9% of pink sheet companies dilute. It's their only way to raise capital. By the way there was nothing questionable about the Reg D filing. It's done all the time with pink sheet stocks.

I think you're deliberately misleading people. There will probably be dilution here. We just don't know how much or when it will be. Something can even change before that occurs and it may never even happen. You're saying that dilution is happening now when it's clearly not. Maybe you should say that dilution will happen soon or down the line but then again that doesn't carry the same amount of weight as saying it's happening now.

Please prove your claims. Show me which days they were diluting. How many days since April 1st did they dilute? Thanks in advance.
