This company can easily be a "Cash Cow" vis a vis pay dividends (way in the future though).
I've seen the way Alex Tawse treats the acquired companies and the shareholders. They are always on the forefront of his thoughts. That's why I believe a div could be possible in the future.

For now, the promissory notes for Turnbull and United must be satisfied.
That should happen with the 2011Q1 10Q result. $.15 a share can easily happen. I, at that time, would only liquidate 25 to 50% of my position. The rest I'll keep for payday.

Accumulation happens by knowledgeable investors. They know the value is there. They average down. They make money on USOG by it's going down in price (they know full well it will go up).
