yes agreed, for every buyer there must be a seller though thus someone is selling - and the reason for the price coming down is that there is more people who are willing to let go of their shares than those who want to buy new shares.

I'm still not sure what the AVT+POPN deal is all about.

AVT is building our machines.. is this for free? for stock? is AVT part of POPN or the other way around?
