Why do you keep saying that the share structure is positive?

The share structure published on any certain date is much less significant than whether or not the company is actively diluting.

Unfortunately, trading data shows that SSPT has been actively diluting through the Reg D filing they made in late 2009 which used a questionable exemption to make the new shares immediately tradeable.

It seems that most posters here don't understand how toxic the active dilution by the company can be to the share price. Unfortunately lessons will be learned the hard way -- through losses.
