You are correct with your logic. There is allot going on behind he scenes with the company dealings and the share structure is positive. Good news will make this explode!

It is ashame that someone has a personal vensdetta against the stock due to a long ago bad dealing and stock purchase. I looks like someone got biurned by a individual or the IR firm? We all have been burned before many times and just move on.......!

But it does hurt and take time to heal. This is a Volatile and uncertain world of "penny Stock trading"! You need to know when to get in and out?
