Didnt Megas supposedly try and settle with Pino outside of the court system on a publicly traded stock? Wasn't the sum around $50K from what I recall? I'd agree with a claim that he was negiligent under the above scenario. And I'd agree the brokerages that kept this trading inferring that they were only acquiring for us buyers of retails shares, that they were real and not counterfieted shares... it seems the DTCC is there to protect the brokerages not us... and not one politician seeking election or re-election will ever find the DTCC or the brokerages guilty of collusion... but, what the heck, let that darn old CEO file a law suit against his shareholders making the false claims he did and that's ok...
