If the company was so "kind" and "considerate" for the shareholders, they would not have diluted to such numbers in the first place without any explaination given. They would not have given so many promising PRs including the mention of a press conference that never took place. They also would not have allowed the stock price to dwindle to a pathetic 0.0001 post reverse split! There are other companies that have done a R/S, and their price has stayed around the post reverse split level. But not for this EVFN.

This is a company that does not care for the shareholders. All it does is to lie and take money away from shareholders for no apparent purpose other than to fill the management's pockets.

At some point, we all have to wake up from our hopes, dreams and face up to reality that we have been burned. When will you do it?
