Great reply, but , no revenues, no earnings, and yes ,you can report violations. No earnings, no stock price appreciation and that will never change. They may request to be removed from OTC/BB but they must apply and answer certain questions and be approved by NASDAQ. Should this happen, look out, but without increase in revenues and earnings they have no chance. Therefore, again earnings drive stock prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
