I am pro Oil Companies "drill baby drill" but BP has a past history for intentionally disregarding safety practices. The Texas City Tx refinery explosion a few years back started when a stack safety alarm was disabled causing many deaths. And now a battery was deliberately disconnected from the Horizon BOP. Egregious to say the least. I could give them benefit of doubt but this is like a drunk at the wheel.
