Don't know why no NNOS. NASDAQ says list includes NMS, OTCBB and Other OTC. That's pretty all-inclusive. We could rationalize and speculate to death. Since one of the parameters for inclusion is a percentage of outstanding shares, what if there's a question about how many there are? Perhaps that IS what the call for certs is about, and maybe when a reliable share count is done, NNOS might pop up...or it could be that there isn't a shorting problem. Who knows? Uncertainty sucks. Bottom line is that NNOS has got to get SLICES out and show us that is has market value. This smoke and mirrors crap is getting old.
