Did an official source from NNOS say that NNOS would (or should) be on the list?

Since this rule was publicized well in advance, why wouldn't have shorters covered by now, and if they did, would NNOS be on the list?

Is there a technical reason for excluding NNOS? Not all companies are covered by regsho.

Who ever said that the reason for the call for certificates had anything to do with regsho? Merger/acquisition/funding are all potentially valid reasons.

Still to late to give up now, IMO.
