Good post.

Based on what we have at our disposal, it seems very unjust for Wamu. I had been for a long time convinced of this great country and its reputation for protection and law. I was once told that "unlike other (communist) countries, banks cannot be taken over by the government without just cause." Well, Wamu case certainly proved that wrong. Let me tell you, it sucks to be invested so heavily in this bank and see the investment drops down to cents. Oh well, I will just have to sit it out and see.
