Thanks Castboy for your encouraging words of insight in our case!
Indeed patience is needed and as for me, watching the boards can and will drive anyone nuts!lol!

It is for many of us that we have put our faith in the Justice system to simply uphold the laws of the land.
Now my hope with many prays that our Good Judge will now direct towards fair settlement for all and that includes us, the commons.
It is clear that Susman needs those financials and also needs to pressure the Good Judge to rule in the name of Justice and Integrity!

All in my opinion and speculative in nature,
