No need to embellish.

CEO reveals in an e-mail to a single investor a 3 billion share buyback being planned out of a 7.5 bil A/S ?
Rumors without proof will hurt a stock , because when the rumor doesnt pan out , an investor doing DD has to question the validity of what is IHGP really up to.
