Hi Jim,

I like Paris and New York, but Amsterdam will remain the most special city for me. Het Spui has some nice cafe's, Het Leidsche Plein too, de Albert Cuyp is a famous Dutch market in de Pijp and of course de Wallen -the famous red light district of Amsterdam-. If you behave like an Englishman in Amsterdam, people will probably not really appreciate you to be honest. But if you behave like an American (they have a good reputation), people will understand and help you, I'm sure.

But what am talking about? You’ve been in Amsterdam before. Great! Next time you come over, let me know. I also know some good restaurants, cafe’s and other places to go. If my girlfriend doesn’t mind, you can even sleep in her apartment.
