WMI's exclusivity ends May 26. Objections to the plan are due after May 26. Thus, the plan can NOT get approved before exclusivity ends....on May 26.

WMI has effectively lost exclusivity. When May 27 rolls around, the plan can absolutely NOT be approved, and WMI will no longer have exclusivity.

There is still no guarantee that their plan will be approved after May 26.

the plan can NOT get approved before exclusivity ends....on May 26...

Again, the plan comes after the 26th, after the WMI loses exclusivity....thats what we all know to be true.
