I will tell you right up front I have very limited knowledge in this area....lol...(that means I don't know)..:)

If I had to GUESS I would say no. Why? Just becuse of our volume. I believe our average daily volume is around 4-5MM shares. Using 5MM that would be one half of one percent of the current OS number. It would take 200 trading days or so to trade the OS. I do realize the FLOAT is less(restricted shares)but for the sake of example I am basing it on the OS of 1B......with that said, the stocks I have seen suggesting a "naked short" sometimes trade their float in one day or even a week without the share price moving. Even if GTEL traded 100MM shares in one day that is approx. 10% of the float. How many 100MM volume days have we had?..lol
Anyway, that is how I look at it. I am probably wrong but you asked for it...rock
