Is this not his MO? Did he expect the EC formation?
Did he expect Susman?

My thought is when it will cost him $$$ for any settlement, he will have made so much money for his company that it will not matter and since they have a lock on the media, his share holders won't truly hear or see the truth. His role is to make money for his company and thats all they care about and thats the bottom line.

Could he eat his words? Nothing better but he is in the elite and they protect up to the time someone goes to jail.

All in my opinion and very speculative in nature.
